Specifications
The Robert Sorby Honing Paste is designed for the Polishing Mop, it adds an abrasive grit to the polishing mop which cuts quickly to leave a mirrored finish giving the desired edge. This method of sharpening can be used for many types of blades of cutters, but is especially good for harder to sharpen carving chisels. When this is the primary method of sharpening, regular sharpening will maintain the chisel far better than allowing it to become dull and therefore needing to be put onto the sharpening wheel or belt.
