Perfect for production of Half Blind Dovetails.  Half blind dovetails use the height of the router bit to alter the width of the pins, therefore giving a snug fit. Half blind dovetails are generally used on drawers, where the joint is not seen from the front, but then is seen from the side once the drawer is opened.  Full through, more decorative box joints can also be produced using an straight cutting router bit.
