This CMT slot cutter is specifically created from CMT parts and put together to cut rebates for bases and lids when box making.
This bit cuts the trench on the inside faces so the base and lid can be neatly and easily fitted. The almost 5mm rebate gives plenty of strength for both the lid and base for small to medium sized boxes, and 6.35mm allows for that extra strength when needed when making things such as wall hung shelves.
