Exclusive to the NOVA Comet II Midi Lathe, the Grinding Wheel Accessory is easy to add and remove, though is one of those tools that as a woodturner is going to be one that is needed regularly, so would most likely stay fitted to the Comet II lathe. The variable speed adjustment from the lathe directly drives the grinding wheel to reduce tool edge burn.
A standard fitted 6" x 3/4" Whitestone Wheel is a good choice for the turner.
