Cutting large cement sheets, grinding and cutting metal and concrete has never been something to look forward to, with the noise mess created with rarely a straight cut being the result at the end.
The Festool DSC 125 cutting system using the diamond wheel, track and wheels mounted in the saw base, is the answer. When used with the Festool guide rail, it allows precise, straight cuts on doors, windows, grooves and for expansion joints on floors. Depths of cut as deep as 27mm are possible.
The use of a Festool dust extractor is highly recommended, as the dust created when cutting and grinding concrete is hazardous. The combination of the saw and Festool dust extractor will vastly reduce the amount of dust needing to be cleaned up after cutting.
