The 36L Festool CT-HEPA dust extractor is an excellent choice for both workshop and jobsite use. The flat filter maximises the amount of dust that can be held while maintaining an optimal suction rate.
The air flow can be adjusted dependent on the job. A three way switch is fitted, so it can be switched on or off, with the ability also to activate when a tool is used with power tools, and air tools with the addition of appropriate fittings.
The shut-off delay means that it stays on after the tool it is being used with has been turned off, allowing that last bit of dust to be sucked up. The Hose is antistatic, so dust will not collect on it, either outside or inside clogging it up. The hose is a good length, so the vacuum is not needed to be overly close to the job, therefore getting in the way. The SELFCLEAN bag ensures the dust bag is used to its optimum.
Fittings are integrated into the moulding to secure Festool SYSTAINERS to the top of the unit to keep all tools together.
