Make classic raised panel doors on a smaller scale with these CMT bits. Featuring carbide cutting edges, our trademark orange coating and anti-kickback design for safety. This bit is half the diameter of regular raised panel bits, for those smaller jobs, as well as making it easier to use.
Safety tips: these bits should be used between 10000 and 12000 RPM, with three to five passes recommended. To be used with routers with at least 1,7 KW (2-1/4 HP), and mounted in a router table.

Tip: Rather than moving the router table constantly after each shallow pass, cut several 3mm shims of MDF or similar material to fit against the router table fence. This will limit the amount of material that can be removed in any one pass, and minimise the amount of fence adjustments needed.
