A huge 18" (457mm) precision CNC machined triangle, crafted to fully realise the potential of your multi function work table.
More than an ordinary triangle, the MTR-18 is the first of it's kind to offer a precision triangle, along with a range of optional accessories that transform it into a complete precision system for countless clamping, angle measuring and jig functions. Designed to compliment and extract the most from modern 20mm dog hole work tables, such as the Festool MFT/3 system, or your own home made work table.
Pinned to the table with a TSO precision dog, this system will allow super fast and accurate setting of angled cuts. When used with the TSO Master Accessory Kit (TSO-61-322), you simply swivel to your precise angle on the large protractor scale, reading from the precision machined pointer on the parallax-free viewport. Then lock in place with TSO's Large Doublegroove Dogs and M8 Speedknobs.
- Guaranteed Accuracy: These units are precision machined on CNC centres in USA, from thick alumiunium plate and is guranteed square to within 0.001" (0.025mm), over it's entire 18" (457mm) length - all verified by an automated CMM (Corordinate Measuring Machine).
- Removable Foot: This accessory is included with the MTR-18 and allows free standing use, or for quick registration as a square off the edge of your work table or piece. A ball-tip allen wrench and stainless socket screws are included and can be kept in pre-tapped holes along the foot when not in use.
- Festool Compatible: The curved 20mm dog slot is spaced to perfectly mate with your Festool MFT/3 work table. This will accept our Large dogs and provide you with an effortless ability to accurately align workpieces.
- Guaranteed Accuracy: TSO have pre-drilled pin locking holes at the most common angles: 0, 15, 22.5, 30 and 45 degrees for quick and precise settings.
- Metric and Imperial: Dimensions and angles have been laser etched in both Metric and Imperial - one on each side of the Triangle for clarity in use.
